Fort Lauderdale Triathletes will be hosting Hector Picard and his Tour to Inspire as part of National Bike Month!

We will meet at our sponsor Runner’s Depot – Weston location at 6:30am for a prompt “pedals up” at 7am for a 1-hour ride followed by an out and back run of your choice. We will have 2 (or more) ride paces.

Runner’s Depot is arranging for one (or more) shoe vendors for you to do a run test and will be providing refreshments and some raffle prizes.

Hector will capture you with his never-ending spirit and the motivation through his story to inspire others and give back to the sport!
